“GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY- Commissioners are launching a broad study of the housing market that aims to pinpoint where new homes should be built, what is blocking development, and how well the county’s housing incentive programs are working.
Commissioners met on Wednesday with CommunityScale, the planning firm selected to carry out the work. The firm’s principal, Jeff Sauser, was on hand to present its proposed scope, methods, and timeline.
